By looking at the religious works that are part of the collection, children will learn how artists have depicted the sacred and imagine the spaces artists were commissioned to decorate.
By observing large- and smaller-scale works, children will explore how artists used symbols, colours and composition, to capture their stories and the fundamental beliefs of their time.
These sessions can serve either as general research or focus on specific holidays such as Christmas or Easter.
